Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns are handled by MedQ Medical Supplies. A handling fee may apply to eligible goods returned after 5 working days. Sterile goods, made-to-order or specially imported goods, and products restricted for hygiene or safety reasons may not be returnable for change of mind. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.

Damage or shortages

Inspect deliveries before signing where practical. Record visible damage or shortages and contact MedQ promptly with the invoice or quotation number, product details and photographs.
